  • processing of your data is illegal and you oppose to the erasure of your data,
  • Grifols does no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
  • you have objected to the processing for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or necessary for the purposes of a legitimate interest, whilst it is being verified whether the legitimate grounds of Grifols override yours.


Once we have responded to your request, Grifols will retain your personal data until the end of the statutes of limitation of any liabilities that may arise, as well as to comply with any legal obligation. 

6. With whom Grifols will share your personal data?
Grifols will share your personal data with the Grifols' group company that may be in the best position to respond your request.

Additionally, Grifols may share your personal data with any other third party in order to comply with any legal obligations.

If Grifols' group companies from countries that do not offer an adequate level of protection access your personal data, Grifols will adopt, if necessary, appropriate safeguards on such international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

7. Which are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?
Moreover, at any time, you may withdraw your consent without affecting the data processing carried out before such withdrawal. In order to exercise your rights and withdraw your consent, we would be grateful if you could send your request to privacy@grifols.com. together with a copy of your ID or passport in force or any other valid document evidencing your identity indicating as reference "Corporate website - Contact form" and indicating the Grifols' group company where you addressed your request.

In any case, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
