Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training

The Grifols Academy was granted accreditation for a period of five years through the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET) in 2014 and again in 2019. The Grifols Academy voluntarily sought this accreditation status as a means of demonstrating the organization's commitment to employee development and training. This highly sought-after accreditation brings national recognition to the Grifols Academy programs in the specialty field of human plasma science and provides continuing education credits to all participants for successful completions.

In April 2018, The Grifols Academy expanded their accreditation with ACCET by receiving full accreditation for the eLearning Online Self-Study programs. The ACCET approval of these programs is integral to the Academy's strategic plan to continue to deliver the tools and resources our employees need to grow with Grifols.

University of Phoenix (UoP)

The Grifols Academy of Plasmapheresis has an articulation agreement with the University of Phoenix (UoP). Participants who have completed Academy courses and are enrolled at the University of Phoenix are eligible to have those courses converted to credit through the Prior Learning Assessment process (PLA). This is a wonderful opportunity for our associates currently enrolled as well as those planning future attendance at the UoP.
